Irene Ruth Howard is the daughter of Sam Everett Howard and Frances May Riley. She was born 28 Aug 1913 near West Chicago, DuPage, Illinois. She died 5 May 1983 at age 69 in Elgin, Kane, Illinois.

In 1937, she married Arthur Conro. He was born 25 May 1908 in Illinois. He died in Mar 1983 at age 74 in Branson, Taney, Missouri.
