Sometime before 1819, he married Jane Harris. She is the daughter of James Harris and Jane German. She was born in 1800/1801 in Ontario, Canada. After Ebenezer's death, on 16 May 1846, Jane married (2) David Lanfear in Deerfield, Kane, Illinois. He was born about 1795/1796 in New York. He died about 1870 at about age 75 near Galt, Liberty township, San Joaquin, California. Jane died in 1861 at about age 60 in Homestead, Breckenridge, Kansas.
