Frederick M. Woodyard was born 18 Aug 1874. He is the son of Phoebe Catherine Cassingham and Lewis Henderson Woodyard. He died 22 Jul 1948, one month short of his 74^th birthday.

On 25 Nov 1900, he married Bertha Townsend. She was born 22 Oct 1877 and died 6 Mar 1946 at age 68.

Children of Frederick M. Woodyard and Bertha Townsend:

1. Lewis T. Woodyard was born 13 Oct 1901 and died 1 Feb 1959 at age 57 in Missouri. He married Marie E (unknown). She was born about 1898 and died 30 Dec 1993 at age 95 in Kansas City, Jackson, Missouri. She was buried 1 Jan 1994 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, Jackson, Missouri. They apparently had no children.
2. Evalee Woodyard was born 31 Aug 1907.
