Phoebe Catherine Cassingham, known as "Kate", was born 25 Sep 1855 in Ohio. She is the daughter of John Peter Cassingham and Rebecca Robinson. She died 2 Jan 1899 at the age of 43 in Bosworth County, Missouri.

On 5 Oct 1873, she married Lewis Henderson Woodyard in Iowa. He was born 19 Jun 1848 in Point Pleasant, Mason, West Virginia. He is the son of James L. Woodyard and Charlotte L. (unknown). Lewis died 14 Dec 1927 at the age of 79 in Cherokee County, Oklahoma.

6. Katie Gertrude Woodyard was born 24 Dec 1889 and died 8 Nov 1936 at the age of 46.
