John Barron was born 15 Jun 1779 in Ireland. He died 16 Oct 1863 at age 84 in Dresden, Muskingum, Ohio and is buried there at Dresden Cemetery.
On 5 Mar 1801, he married Elizabeth Dickson. She was born 6 Jul 1781 in Nassau, New York. She died 28 Oct 1854 at age 73 in Dresden, Muskingum, Ohio and is buried there at Dresden Cemetery.
