Thomas Eugene Teesdale (Sr.) is the son of Cressie Edna Lincoln and Hugh Thomas Teesdale. He was born 13 Jun 1918 near Colusa, Hancock, Illinois. He died 19 Dec 1994 at the age of 76 in Macomb, McDonough, Illinois and is buried at Myers Cemetery near Dallas City, Hancock, Illinois.

On 29 Nov 1947, he married Norma Jean Duhs in Peoria, Peoria, Illinois. She is the daughter of Alfred Duhs and Bessie Zahner.
