Harvey Leonard Edwards is the son of Norman Ulysses Edwards (Sr.) and Luzetta Blodgett. He was born 12 May 1874 in Sabetha, Brown, Kansas. He died 23 January 1917 at age 42 in Hill City, Graham, Kansas. He is buried at Rock Creek Cemetery, Hill City, Graham, Kansas.

On 23 April 1902, he married Nellie Maud Bell in Hill City, Graham, Kansas. She is the daughter of John William Bell and Jennette Rolf. She was born 25 September 1885 in Graham County, Kansas. After Harvey's death, she married Harvey Sehich. She died 8 August 1965 at age 79 in San Bernardino, San Bernardino, California. She is buried at Olivewood Cemetery, Riverside, Riverside, California.

1. Luzetta Gloria Edwards was born 14 or 15 February 1903 in Penokee, Graham, Kansas. In 1922, Gloria, as she was known, married Charles Robert Hendricks. He was born 23 February 1891 in Missouri. He died 21 May 1973 in Escondido, San Diego, California. He is buried at Olivewood Cemetery, Riverside, Riverside, California. She died on Christmas Eve, 24 Dec 1993, at age 90 in Riverside County, California. They had no children.
2. John Duane Edwards (Sr.) was born 10 May 1905 in Penokee, Graham, Kansas.
3. Harvey James Edwards was born 26 November 1908 in Hill City, Graham, Kansas.
4. Rose Maude Edwards was born 26 April 1911 in Quanah, Hardeman, Texas. On 16 October 1962, she married Dean Wesley Cell in Inglewood, Los Angeles, California. He is the son of Mr. Cell and Miss Patterson. He was born 14 Mar 1916 in San Bernardino County, California. He died 24 Oct 1988 at age 72 in Riverside County, California.
