GOLDA CASSINGHAM IRWIN

Graveside services for Golda CASSINGHAM IRWIN, 72, of Snyder will be at 10 a.m. today in Andrews Old Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Hardison, pastor of Calvary Assembly of God in Carlsbad, N.M., officiating. Burial will be under direction of McNett Funeral Home in Andrews.

She died Monday, Nov. 24, 1997, at her residence.

She was born Dec. 13, 1924, in Blackwell, Okla. She married Jack T. CASSINGHAM on July 4, 1943, in Geneseo, Kan. They moved to Andrews in 1954. He died in May 1978. She moved to Glen Rose from Andrews in 1984. She moved to Snyder in 1990. She married D.L. IRWIN on Oct.14, 1990, in Snyder. She was a nurses aide at Permian General Hospital and Andrews Nursing Center.  She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Michelle HENDRIX of Friona; a son, Scott CASSINGHAM of Carlsbad, N.M.; a sister, Roena PITTS of Farmington, N.M.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
