Clara Lorene Snell, 78, Blue Springs, MO, passed away Saturday, November 25, 1995, in Cooper County, MO. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 28, at Dripping Spring Church, near Columbia, MO; burial in Dripping Spring Cemetery. Friends may call 10:30 a.m.-12 noon Tuesday, at Memorial Funeral Home, Columbia, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Temple Fund, The Auditorium, Independence, MO.

Mrs. Snell was born March 14, 1917, in Columbia, MO, to Griffith Stone and Ida Lewis Stone. She married Ralph Snell, Sr., October, 6, 1934, in Columbia. She was a member of the Lions Club of Gravois Mills, MO, the Laurel Club of Independence, MO, and the American Business Women's Association. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include her husband, Ralph Snell, Sr., of the home; a son, Ralph Snell, Jr., Nashville, TN; three daughters, Phyllis Wyatt, Blue Springs, MO, Glenda Thompson, Huntsville, AL, and Lorene Bailey, Blue Springs, MO; a brother, Arthur Stone, Columbia, MO; one sister, Lillian Menaugh, Columbia, MO; ten grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
